This person is obviously obsessed with you and is ill. I would advise that you contact an attorney that is familiar with this sort of thing and have this person's activity investigated.
This has happened on here before and people have been VERY successful in taking legal actions against these individuals. I know of one man that is currently in jail for stalking a 12 year old girl.
